The Global Property Group can arrange flights, accommodation and will create a portfolio of property for clients to view.

The inspection visits are heavily subsidised and the price depends on the time of year and the destination. See opposite for a price guide.

Appointments to View Overseas Properties


The GPG are also happy to see clients who wish to make their own travel arrangements. We generally require at least 2 weeks notice to arrange an appointment but they can occasionally be arranged with less.

Property Investors

It is not necessary for clients to visit a property before purchasing it and many of our investor clients regularly purchase property over the phone, after all for early opportunity investments and off-plan purchases there is no property to see.

We generally recommend this approach for professional property investors.
