The tour operators have said that they are interested in signing up the project once complete meaning that those that purchase a unit have the option to sign a guarenteed rental arrangement with the tour operator direct once complete if they wish. Tour operators won"t sign a project up as they can market it in brochures, this will be after the completion date of the project. Until the operators can take complete photos, the developer offers an "allocated rental" scheme. This is where they source the clients themselves via their own methods and supply the clients to the villas. This is very effective and will generate a very good return per summer season (May to October). This often means that a greater income can be made, more than simply signing a property over to a tour operator for a season and also offers buyers the opportunity to rent via their own methods for additional income.
